How to Use:- pressure cook 4 tbsp of toor dal + 2 onion + 2 tomato + 5-6 garlic pods + a pinch of turmeric + 2.5 cups of water. In another cooker, cook 2 cups of assorted vegetables + 1 cup of water + 1/2 tsp salt. Mix both the mixture together & add 1 tbsp of sambar powder, 1 tsp of tamarind pulp, salt and jaggery each. Cook the sambar on low flame for 4-5 Mins until it boils.. temper the kulambu with oil, mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida serve hot. |
