This has an amazing result. You can see 2 powders one is the Yellow powder
and the other one is the white powder.
*Yellow Powder* – Once you get up in the morning on empty stomach, take one glass of
warm water (250 ml) take one table spoon of Yellow powder mix it in the warm water and
drink them in the morning and in the night. While having them on night, please ensure you complete
you dinner after 45 mints have the drink and make sure you don’t have anything else after that.
*White Powder* – This is a multimillet powder which is very rich in protein. You need to have this
instead of Morning Breakfast or as night dinner your choice. Take 2 glass of water make it to boil
and add 2 table spoons of millet and stir them without any lumps. If you want you can add a pinch
of salt for taste. Ensure you don’t add sugar or milk to it. Also, you are not supposed to eat anything
after that. In case if you are very hungry you can take any fruits.
For best result avoid white coloured foods, and do some walking or
light exercises soon after you take the Yellow drink.
